Hello, everyone, and welcome to Progress City's first event! It was originally supposed to be a little lighthearted flower and garden festival, but then Mayor Rod had to go and malfunction mid-town hall. Nice job, Mayor Rod.

To put it plainly, we'll be putting up a town hall log on April 22nd where Rod's animatronic will malfunction. Bill will step in and question Rod's leadership, and propose an election to replace him - after all, who elected him in the first place? Rod will begrudgingly agree because while he doesn't know if he trusts any of you people - he also doesn't want a dictatorship.

You'll find more relevant information as we get close to this, but citizens of Progress City are absolutely allowed to run, and voting is open to all!
